Who we are

The people responsible for your data are the active members of FLORIDA, who own this website. For anything relating to your data, write to us at booking@floridaoficial.com.

What we collect

Only what you give us in the contact form: your name, your email address, the event details you choose to share (the type of event, the date or rough time of year, the place, the number of guests, indoors or outdoors, and whether the venue has its own sound system) and the message you write.

We also note whether the date was free in our calendar when you wrote, and which language of the site you wrote from.

We do not ask for your phone number.

We also store a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself, purely to prevent automated bulk submissions. It cannot be used to identify you, and it is deleted along with your enquiry.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you. We do not send newsletters, we do not advertise, and we do not share or sell your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months from the day we receive them, so we can follow up. After that they are deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to object to how we use it. Just write to booking@floridaoficial.com and we will do it free of charge.

If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Third-party services

Videos are hosted on YouTube, and one radio interview in the news section on Mixcloud. They only load when you click. Until then, neither YouTube nor Mixcloud receives any data about you or sets any cookies.

The site is hosted on Railway, with servers in the European Union. The photos in some news posts load directly from Cloudflare, which, like any server, sees your IP address when it delivers them.

We count visits with Umami, with no cookies and no data that identifies you (see the cookie policy).
